Matterport 3D Flythrough Virtual Staging

Our Matterport pricing is based on square footage Please make sure to reach out to us if your property is >4000 square foot for custom pricing. Thank you!

We will virtually stage your Matterport Tour in the desired style. If the Style isn't in the dropdown list, like Farmhouse or Contemporary, just add it to the comments section and we'll take care of it.

Please make sure to clearly specify room functions if these are different than the obvious (e.g. 'create an office in one of the bedrooms', 'add an office setup in the Living Room' or 'design one of the bedrooms as a child or teenage bedroom', etc.). After staging we will share the Key Panoramas with you and you can request design changes. Once we've made the requested changes we will send the Tour directly to our Rendering Team who will work their magic. 

Kindly note we can remove minor existing items (based on your request there might be an additional fee), but we cannot add or remove walls or clean completely furnished Tours.

Please be aware a room function change after we started designing (e.g. bedroom should become office) doesn't fall under rework and will be charged at $35 per room. A Style change after designing has started will be charged with 50% of the original staging price. 

If you would like more than one round of proofs, please be so kind to clearly communicate this with us. A $75 fee will be charged per every extra round of proofs.

Starting May 1st 2021 a 10% Matterport Integration fee is effective and has been added to our existing Matterport pricing.
